We liaised with Clarion to develop a strong understanding of their business needs, so we could deliver a fully functional and user-friendly solution. The result was a bespoke online application that synchronised with their back-office Sage system.
After logging into their account on the portal, freelancers are greeted with a billing form. Once this is successfully completed, they can easily attach supplementary documents such as scanned receipts, and submit their invoice to Clarion for approval.
Sage automatically downloads this invoice, saving time and eliminating the risk of keying errors. Clarion administrators can then review and accept, which triggers payment processing, or reject the application, so it is returned to the freelancer with amendment requests.
