Anth brings over 11 years industry experience to the team.
He has built up up strong client relationships at Flow and delivered some fantastic results for all concerned and as Managing Director he is responsible for the day to day management of the company as well as the design, development and digital marketing teams.
With over 10 years sales and management experience and 3 years of search marketing background, Chris brings a unique perspective to delivering clients higher search visibility, and ultimately sales leads to deliver revenue.
Chris's primary focus is identifying the opportunity from the data and breaking it down for our clients in real world language that anyone can understand.
When Chris isn't helping his clients on their digital strategy, you can find him experimenting with the latest digital trends to discover new revenue streams to add additional value.
Alan is a full-stack developer with over 7 years commercial experience. Drawing on his experience with projects ranging from Wordpress blogs to bespoke enterprise platforms, Alan prides himself in being able to tackle projects of any size.
Ian graduated university with a degree in Business and Marketing Management and has worked in the digital marketing world ever since. Ian firmly believes that in order to achieve maximum success, an integrated approach to Digital Marketing is vital and uses his knowledge of SEO, PPC Advertising and Social Media Management to accomplish client goals. Ian is also Google Adwords and Analytics Certified.
Lauren has over three years experience in copywriting and producing content for the web, having worked in the digital marketing industry since graduation. With her degree in Journalism under her belt, Lauren is responsible for producing innovative and exciting copy, alongside content marketing strategies for Flow.
Robbie has a degree in English and a PG Diploma in Journalism. Prior to joining Flow, he worked in Japan and has been the Editor and Production Manager at a national sports magazine company. In his previous role, Robbie worked as a Digital Marketing and PR/Outreach specialist for one of the largest agencies in the North. Specialising in Content Marketing and earned media, he works closely with the team on outreach, SEO and link building. He has a strong record of successfully and regularly gaining exposure for clients across national news sites, lifestyle magazines, trade publications and blogs.
Originally from Romania, Florin is our lead designer with over four years’ experience having delivered digital design for businesses in the UK including Wakefield Council and digital agency Studio 116 near Leeds. With a BA in Graphic Communication and passion for design, UI and UX, Florin is responsible for the creative direction and delivery of all projects. His focus and drive lies in the end users experience, and his attention to detail with design is second to none.
Tracy joined our team in September 2014, coming from Newcastle City Council following 29 years service. Tracy has over 30 years experience in administration, the latest role being a Supervisor of Managed Office Space, over 4 very different buildings. Tracy is responsible for the day-to-day smooth operation and management of the Flow office, including financial management, non-legal staff management, space and facilities management.
