Drummonds, a luxury bathroom retailer, realised their fantastic and decadent products did not suit e-commerce. However, they came to us to take advantage of digital opportunities. Their idea was for a website to support their brand name and create leads, rather than process sales.
Using our Flow Commerce platform, we created a virtual showroom for Drummonds. This successfully primed customers for in-store consultations and sales. Rather than filling their basket, visitors populate a wish list that can be saved, shared or submitted for a quote.
The virtual showroom gave potential customers the freedom to experiment with product configurations at their leisure. This is something an in-store experience can’t deliver. The bespoke system also provides logged-in users with access to technical drawings and information.
The Gallery further enhances the user experience, allowing visitors to take a peek at beautiful bathrooms and discover the products inside. Its tiled design effectively utilises the brand’s photography assets, prompting engagement from the right kind of audience.
